Annual Tyke Pre-Christmas Game

Hanover two Tyke teams battled it out in Ayton on Tuesday night in the annual pre-Christmas game.    

Tyler Bishop was the first star of the game for Tyke 2 with a fantastic game in net.  Tyler stopped many breakaways and kept the score close until the third period.  Owen Doersam (2 goals) and Kyle Ermel (1 goal) led the offensive attack while the two Spencers (Whitehead and Teeple) made some great defensive plays.  All the boys worked hard and they were rewarded with Christmas treat bags from our great coaching staff.  Merry Christmas to everyone and good luck in the New Year.

    On Saturday February 20th the Tyke 2 boys hosted the Walkerton Blue in their first home game in 6 weeks.  The boys had easily handled the Walkerton teams this year and were expecting to outplay their opponent again.

    On Saturday Feb 13th the Tyke 2 boys travelled to Mildmay to take on the Mildmay Tyke 2 team and came away with a convincing 12-3 victory.

    The boys entered the Ayton Tyke tournament on Satureday February 6th and should all be very proud of the effort the put forth.

    Hanover traveled to Mildmay for a rematch after losing a very exciting game by one goal earlier in the season.

    Hanover Tykes Defeat Walkerton Blue
    On Sunday January 3rd the Hanover Tyke 2 team ended the holiday break by defeating the Walkerton blue team in a good offensive game.
