Hanover Tykes Defeat Walkerton Blue
On Sunday January 3rd the Hanover Tyke 2 team ended the holiday break by defeating the Walkerton blue team in a good offensive game.
Ryerson Artuso strapped on the goalie pads for the entire game and did a great job in goal. The defense pairings of Owen Doersam, Dylan McDonald, Blake Fidler and Cam Diemert held off some strong Walkerton skaters and made many great passes. The forwards continued to show improvement in passing the puck to the front of the net and in going to the net for rebounds. Spencer Teeple had a great game and netted 2 goals. Tyler Bishop, Kyle Ermel, Owen Doersam and Spencer Whitehead also contributed to the scoring. After the game the boys all agreed they were glad the holidays were over so they could get back to school!
