Tyke 2 Drop Two to Ayton
The Hanover Tyke 2 Leafs played two games against a much older and experienced Ayton team.
In the first game Blake Fidler played net and did a great job making many breakaway saves. Owen Doersam and Kyle Ermel lead the offense with two goals each while Spencer Teeple netted one on an end-to-end rush. Ryerson Arturso set up the second Ermel goal with a great pass.
In the rematch game we had only 8 skaters but some great goaltending from Kyle Ermel kept the score very close. Tyler Bishop used his new stick to net the only Hanover goal of the game. The boys all skated very hard and held their own for most of the game. The boys are all looking forward to the tournament next week in Ayton.
