Sunday, Dec 6 2009 would take the the Hanover Boom as Canadiens to their second tournament of the weekend in Harriston, and an early start to the day drawing the 800 game. The first matchup would be against the hosts of the tournament, Minto. Hanover couldn't t do anything wrong on the ice, pulling ahead early and not looking back to take the win. The second match up would be a much less enjoyable game. Mt. Forest would stay true to their reputation playing a dirty game with the fans to support them. With 7 min left in the game Hanover coaches would consider pulling their team off the ice because of flared tempers and dirty hits. Mt. Forest would come up with the win but Hanover parents would be more than happy to have the game over. The Pee Wee s would accumulate enough points to compete in the B championship. They would meet up with Minto again for the finals. A strong team effort by everyone would bring a lopsided win and the B championship trophy to Hanover. Way to go boys!!!!
