Hanover starts playoffs with Mount Forest
Hanover has started playoffs with their arch rivals Mt. Forest. The kids were geared up and the parents were nervous. Thier last meeting had not gone so well as tempers flared.
Game 1
Hanover hit the ice but Mt forest was ahead of them all the way. Scoring first Mt forest took the lead early and never gave it up. It was an end to end game of hockey with solid skating and solid passing from both teams. The final score would end with Mt Forest taking the first win 3-2.
Game 2
Hanover was hungry for the win and came out of the gate scoring with only 8 seconds gone in the first period. Mt forest would play catch up the entire game with Hanover holding tightly onto the lead going into the third. Mt forest would score to tie the game. With just 6.4 seconds remaining in the game Mt forest would score the winning goal and take a series lead 2-0.
Game 3
Hanover was pumped in the dressing room with loud music and cheering but it just wasn t enough to give them the upper hand. Mt forest would be the stronger team Sunday and would sweep the series 3-0 with Hanover loosing 4-2
