Tournament Volunteer Hours
Submitted By s.fitzsimmons on Saturday, October 12, 2013
Hello Parents;

As most of you are aware all Hanover Minor hockey parents are required to volunteer for 5 hours at one of our 6 local league tournaments. (some parents are exempt eg coaches, team managers )

There is now a grey binder being left at the P&H help desk for parents to have the opportunity to sign up for a shift to help out. There are shifts for all the positions we need to have filled. So hurry and sign up for a shift before they are gone!!

Each tournament requires a Tournament Director that will be available for the entire day, start to finish. For this we will be giving you ALL your 15 volunteer hours! Dan Fetherston and/or Tina Artuso will be in touch with each Director to have a better idea of what will be expected from them that day.

This year we are hosting a pancake breakfast for the first time, hopefully we can all work together to make our tournaments a success and something that teams will want to return to again next year. There is a morning start up shift and an afternoon shift to finish up and clean up the Lions Den.

Any questions about our tournaments please direct them to [email protected]

In closing, we need the parents to volunteer some time to allow for our tournaments to run smoothly, thank you all in advance!
