Paper Registration

HMH will be doing a paper Registration

In the Lobby of the P and H Centre May 30/18 from 6:00-7:00pm for your last chance to get the Early Bird Discount. Please bring a Birth Cert for all kids that will be signed up.  

Fees 
IP's $270.00
Novice $445.00
Atom $495.00
Peewee $495.00
Bantam $515.00
Midget $515.00
 June 1/18 all fees will go up by $50.00.

You can pay installments or pay in full.  Installment dates will be July 2/18, Aug 1/18, and Sept 3/18.  

There will be a one time payment of $200.00 for the Fundraiser.  

Also this year HMH is doing a Intro to Hockey for the 4 yearolds out there.  Fees will be $200.00 and with this program there will no Volunteer and No Fundraising.  This is not First Strides.  First Strides is a learn to skate program.

For the people that do not do Volunteering you can simply add the cost to your registration and pay it with your installment payments.  

Registration will close as of Sept 3/18.
