It took an extra game in a best of five game - six series to take the win, and the wind, from Mount Forest but the Hanover club easily succeeded on their ice . Following a blazing win a week ago, again on Mount Forest ice Hanover took the fourth game with a 4 - 1 victory. However the tables turned on the Hanover Boom's Canadiens Saturday on Home ice to lose to the Mount Forest club 3 to 1. This loss on Saturday tied the points in the series five all. A sixth game had to be scheduled to break this tie. On a typical blustery February night the Hanover parents, reluctantly, traveled the snow packed roads to Mount Forest. Their efforts and the efforts of their hockey players did not go unrewarded.
