For one last time this regular season, the LL1 Novice Falcons travelled to Mildmay to play their final game of the regular season in a rare Sunday afternoon tilt against a much improved Monarch squad. Once gain Johnathan Tackaberry opened the scoring, as he's done so often all year, with a beautiful breakaway goal going top cheese on the Mildmay goalie to make it 1-0. Simon Cook, who had a very strong all around game gave the Falcons a two goal cushion on a second effort wrap around goal. Mildmay was called for a tripping penalty mid way through the second but the power play was short lived when Owen Tilker was called for tripping and the teams played 4 on 4 hockey for the next :45 seconds.
