Proof of Vaccination

The following is
an update & request to share . Effective December 20, 2021 - All 12
to 17 year old's are required to show proof of vaccination and identification,
including when participating in organized sport.
a) Coaches & Officials – Proof of Vaccination & identification - The Ministry of Health information to date indicates that coaches and officials are not required to show proof of vaccination. Our direction has been that coaches and officials who have their proof of vaccination are asked to show their proof. This is consistent for security staff. Please remind your coaches & officials to show their proof of vaccination when attending the P & H Centre.
b) Volunteers (time clock, scoresheet, admissions, check in station, etc) – Proof of Vaccination & identification is required.
c) Effective January 4, 2022 – The ONLY proof of vaccination that will be accepted is the enhanced Ontario vaccine certificate with QR code that can be scanned by the Verify Ontario app. Those without proof of vaccination & identification will not be permitted into the P & H Centre.
